Returns Information

If you are unhappy with your purchase, merchandise can be exchanged for any reason whatsoever within 10 days of purchase providing it is unworn or, in the case of CD's, still in its original wrapping. We do not offer refunds or direct credit to your card account. You can return or exchange merchandise in person at any of our South Beach locations or by mail. When mailing a return please include your original receipt and use the pre-printed return label if one was included in your package.
